Three skills, applied to your brief
Each section is one of my authored skills made operational on your engagement — not the data the simulator computed, but the methodology I use to think through your build.
Watch your words become the build. Visible after Pass 1 extracts symbols from your brief.
The thrombosis trace appears once extraction completes.
The engagement read through #Wob (aphoristic), #Wom (rhythmic), #Wib (imagistic), and #Wod (diagrammatic). Visible after Pass 8 (modes) completes.
Four-mode reading appears after the simulator's final pass.
A bespoke single-file HTML investigation, generated specifically for this engagement. Three dynamics extracted from your brief, mapped to three interactive parameters. Available after the simulator completes.
Canvas is generated from your engagement’s structure. Run the simulator first.
This page is, and is becoming.

Truth is.
Background
About Tom

I'm Tom McMillan — an independent AI architect and engineer who designs and builds systems that actually work in production.
After leading Maslo, an AI company focused on conversational agents, I went independent to work across the problems I find most interesting: multi-agent systems, knowledge-grounded RAG pipelines, and full-stack AI products spanning finance, sports analytics, media, and climate science.
My approach is simple. I start by understanding your problem — not your stack, not your roadmap — and architect the leanest system that solves it well. Good AI design moves in one direction: complex to compact.
I believe AI is a thinking tool, not a thinking replacement. That belief shapes everything I build.
Let's build something that thinks
Whether you need a multi-agent system, a RAG pipeline, or just a clear-eyed assessment of what AI can actually do for you — I'd like to hear about it.
